rate of 2 percent of the price we pay. For example, if you locate
a note that we purchase for $50,000, your commission would be
$1,000. Our minimum balance on a note is $5,000, and there is no
maximum. We are interested in almost any kind of secured note.

are absolutely no fees or any obligations on your part, except we ask
that when you bring us a note you work with us exclusively on that note.
