    Thank you for your interest in our referral fee program.  We pay referral commissions for most notes (mortgages, trust deeds, contract for deed, annuities, lottery proceeds, etc.) at a rate of 2 percent of the price we pay.  For example, if you locate a note that we purchase for $50,000, your commission would be $1,000.  Our minimum balance on a note is $5,000, and there is no maximum.  We are interested in almost any kind of secured note.

    Please complete the referral commission agreement below and send me a copy, keeping this one for yourself.  There are absolutely no fees or any obligations on your part, except we ask that when you bring us a note you work with us exclusively on that note.
